      This place was not bad, good money to make - commission - the owners were great, the management not so much.

      Pros

      Production bonuses, but even those aren't what they once were.

      Cons

      Low salary, VERY long hours, no balance between work and family, no climate control, next to no chance to advance, crappy management, constant fear of spiders and snakes in the building
