Okay, So you are highly frustrated...Let's Boost your Serotonin...:) 1) Fake Identities and Managment - We have Started Company in 2015 and till now we are running successfully with Projects and that's why you got a chance to write here. 2) Fake company strength! A hardly team of 3. No Developers too. - If this was the case we would have never hired you to sit idle and doing nothing. We are a growing company and don't want to show fake promises and we are in a range of 11 - 50 Employees. 3) If you are Girl you will be selected without work - You was not in Managment and you can't judge on hiring decision that we are gender biased here. We appreciate that you showered your frustrations which again justifies that you have low self-esteem and a startup who has given you a chance to grow but you denied to grow.
