Bad attitude by management, wasn't always this way Only care about a few employees Don't care about their customers Huge culture change over time High turnover... but yet all great reviews?

Leadership team is off strategy

Pros

Some really nice people work at SD. The solution is good yet is a nice to have and not a need to have.

Cons

ELT is strategically weak. Constantly changing plans. Solution is overpriced as a bolt on. This is not a stand alone solution so they need to learn how to play in the channels.
