Pros
Starting pay is $20 an hour, but not for all.
Cons
Let me start off by stating, as much as a wish this was a joke its not. So I worked in house keeping in one of the hotels, the company is an absolute embarrassment. Yes they are diverse, but they also exclude any and all information from you. If there is a change, you will know about it up to a month after the change has been applied. How will you know that theres been a change? You will be scolded like a child, in a groupchat infront of the entire team. Management has zero accountability, and all of the boot licking for corporate. Family members get eachother jobs, and let them quite literally do nothing and be paid to just be on site. You will be doing work of 2+ people for the price of one. In one month 5 people quit due to frustration of lack of ownership from management. Thats including an area manager, who stepped down due to personal health as well as the immense pressure. This company has a worse turn over rate than retail and call centers combined. If you are considering working here, personally I would rather scrub a waste tank with a single bristle on a toothbrush.
