Timelines keep on extending. 2> Managers are the ones who have had no exposure in other companies, they started their career in this company and practically lack exposure to Corporate , that's the culture they have induced in the organization also. Managers have poor soft skills, they can literally be found shouting.Absolutely missing professionalism. 3> Poor work life balance, some people enjoy around and rest are made to slog in lieu of such people's work. Often asked to come on weekends without any compensation.
