A unidade que eu trabalhei é extremamente desorganizada e sem condições (higiene principalmente). Não aconselho levar como projeto de vida principal, pequenas mudanças podem alterar completamente o rumo dos cargos e decisões. No meu caso, o gerente que me contratou e renovou foi muito bem avaliado pelos demais colegas de trabalho e tem sua carreira profissional reconhecida.
