Can earn excellent commision but also can earn very poor commision and left to run store how you want it run

Hours No development opportunities unless someone leaves Pay Company loves to blame and pull you up when you make mistakes The shop isn’t busy so you’re stood doing nothing for hours Stock is trash

The sales assistants were a delight to work with, and are the only saving grace of this company, if it wasn't for them I would have left much earlier

Cons

No manager has stayed more than a couple of months as they can't cope with the word load and the shambles that is head office. There is zero communication between higher staff, and there is constant gossiping and Chinese whispers. Management's mistakes were constantly blamed on the part timers, and no one would own up to their errors. The one good store manager we had, was bullied out of her job. There are no jobs prospects or chances to progress in this company
