SolarEdge perpetually uses the excuse that it's an Israeli company to justify questionable practices in dealing with both employees and customers. They ask us to operate on a skeleton crew and think on our feet, but turn around and reprimand us for not seeking permission for every little task. We are told to be proactive with our career management but every time we try to do something our efforts are shut down. Career progression is basically non existent here.

Very cheap company with extremely poor ethical standards. Engineers have to beg for basic equipment. Management constantly changes product requirements without adjusting schedule and then withholds raises by claiming employees are not meeting timelines. Morale is low across the entire engineering team. Employees are not able to give feedback on management.
