Pros

Diverse team Great Salary Wonderful exposure Get to work on projects with teams spread across continents and learn. Great company and per project bonuses. Great medical insurance Travel You get to own the projects you work own

Cons

For software developers, you may start to feel like you're always chasing deadlines after a while. The company is very fast moving and projects just keep coming. Maybe a little too much workload for the software development team. It's great at first but after a year you start to loose it when you realize you rarely have time for family. Devs, it's better if you are young and don't have a family.

5 months without salaries

Since the salaries are not paid regularly for a year now, I cannot point any pros.

Cons

The CEO is streaming ridiculous videos to explain the unexplainable lack of salaries with investments that do not exist. He even started to threaten the employees on these videos that only who stays would have their money. Over 200 people received their May's salaries in August. This is crazy! How do these people sleep at night? Kalin Radev, instead of lying to the employees, start selling your assets! There are people you have legal responsibilities to pay what they've earned!

salary delays of more than 3 months now, haven't received my salary on time for the past 2 years... business outlook is not good, no new projects coming in
