Pros

Working on Softtek you will grow in your career, it develops big challenges. Also, most of the projects are working from home. They will assign courses to prepare you for the next assignment if you go without a project.

Cons

For my all is getting good so far.

Pros

It's a great place to acquire experience for those who have just graduated from college or have no job experience in a particular field. It's possible to learn how to work with new tools and technologies depending on one's project. Employees are not forced to stay overtime unless it's absolutely necessary. The company offers to reimburse any certification tests that an employee completes successfully, should they be relevant to one's position.

Cons

The biggest problem with the company is that the employees don't get any benefits, not even those required by law (such as Christmas bonuses). They attempted to offer alternatives to this, but these alternatives cannot be considered proper benefits. The company's priorities are skewed to the point of being ludicrous. The employees were completely uninformed about how to file their own taxes once it became mandatory as part of their alternate benefits, and the necessary paperwork to do this was given at the last minute. However, they would never miss the newsletter on where the weekly "Thursdrink" would be. The overall culture of the company is, in a word, immature. Attitudes that should not occur outside of high school are rampant. An employee can become the leader's favorite for attending the aforementioned "Thursdrink" together, but another can get warnings and even be laid off for petty, personal reasons. Another employee can be applauded for procrastinating and constantly interrupting others simply for being "entertaining". The work areas are very cluttered and uncomfortable. The desks are too small and it's difficult to get a new chair unless it's completely broken. The company also cuts back on necessary tools, such as phones. A team is issued one phone per three team members, which makes it difficult to attend meetings in which all members need to be there unless they have reserved the meeting room beforehand.
