The only pro is that you'll get a free gym membership out of the deal.

Horrible working environment based on power and fear. You'll constantly fear for your job security and be reminded about how many other people want your job, turnover rate is EXTREMELY high due to poor working conditions, public shaming, and bullying by upper management. An old standby quote from Steele Smiley "Watch out or you'll be buried in my backyard with all the other lazy marketers" among other highly unprofessional and inappropriate statements.
