Honest Review for a Great accounting firm which is now a sinking ship.

Pros
1. Great training and helpful staff members 2. Flexibility in working from home, hybrid culture 3. They have good variety of clients. 4. Accessible location.
Cons
This firm used to be a great one in town with amazing work culture but not sure what happened since couple years may be the HR manager/Partner Changed or there mentality in general. 1. Vacation policy is screwed up where you have to book any vacation for 4 months in advance - they do not approve any urgent vacation needs and if they do - they make you feel like hell and make you work crazy overtime. 2. Weird culture with no work life balance, reduction in sick leave from prior years, no summer days or Friday off - comparing it to there previous year policy they have become cold blooded in caring for staff. 3. Extremely short staff, in last couple years alot of staff has left the firm but they are not caring about hiring any new staff.
