Current India management is worst ever where HR head is just doing politics. She doesn’t know her job and she is being supported by like minded people in detection group. No one is willing to listen against her anything even after raising complaints. Over all current management doesn’t know how to run business how to look after people - when it comes to them there is no cost pressure but for others it’s cost pressure. It’s a biased org now, you scratch my back and I scratch yours
