easy to get jobs, but they have made many mistakes when sending me invoices and assigning me to assignments

smiletutor has made quite a few mistakes when assigning me my assignments, causing me some wasted trips to houses. its extremely unprofessional as it has happened quite a few times already. i would seriously advice management to step it up as this is unacceptable
