We had good pay and solid benefits packages when we worked there, decently comparable to larger corporations.
Cons
Owned and operated by family. Some nepotism was definitely present.

Senior Management have no clue about AV but he knowledge on UFO's
Cons
Treatment for Technicians poor will rip you off and treat you so poor. Everyone leaves after 2 months or you will get sack just before your 2nd year. No persons of color on engineers team . you can guess the rest.
