      Well established company. Good brand. Good people. Very strong in-house experts. Very supportive team.

      Pros

      Great legacy .. poor management team. Saved by Abu Dhabi oil dollars. Good PR team that gets company regularly published.

      Cons

      Loss making company .. barely makes as much as a small startup. Each year is a new excuse why the top team didn't perform. Hard to understand why the CEO is still keep in his job as much as the whole board. Rife with internal politics. Just a matter of time that the company will probably be sold off for pittens.

      Pros

      Great existing client base from a past era (I was there through 3 different CEO's), and a few good people left (the ones who remain loyal and are probably a little scared to move on as they have likely priced themselves out of the market due to management offering over-inflated salaries just to keep them from jumping).

      Cons

      Simply put....Leadership. A complete lack of a coherent strategy, management don't listen to staff, no product innovation, exec's consumed with political infighting between divisions, any internal staff challenge is viewed as being a 'nay-sayer' and not welcomed, lots of unhappy clients that are not referencable, any profits made have to be paid back to their owners (Dubai) so no investment for new product innovation, just check out the Rating Trend on this website to get a feel of how this company is going!
