Pros

Environment is great. I love the teamwork and friendly atmosphere both in the office and while working remote. Management works closely with you to make sure your needs are met and that you are satisfied working with the company. Definitely the people make this place from a good place to work for to a great place to work for.

Cons

There are times when I find myself wishing that the communication between the different teams was a bit stronger.

- Kind team members - Culture of continuous improvement was developing and showing promise - Interesting product, science, and problem space - Felt respected and appreciated by my manager and team

Cons

- Transparency could have been a little better - Career management not available - Coaching was haphazard at times - Hired several journeymen which slowed the team and dampers the energy

Pros

Great team, and leadership. Opportunity to impact customer's organizations in a positive way. The company is growing and developing processes to better serve customers, and define roles within organization. This role is used to bring value to current customer base, and present service extensions that would benefit your current customer portfolio. Good internal support team for customer's and employees. Competitive compensation.

Cons

Opportunity for processes to be strictly defined by role. Currently being worked on by new team. Getting better month to month. Remote employees miss some face to face relationship building, but good virtual network through microsoft teams Longer learning curve on using the SmartSense product proficently. (Expect 90 days to be subject matter expert on software)
