      Pros

      Smartsearch invest a lot of money into there staff, we have company wide events, a social pot of money for very team for incentives and many incentives along the year! There is many departments in Smartsearch where you can branch into to further your career. I have only been at Smartsearch for 9 months and have already promoted!

      Cons

      I would like to see SmartSearch have more flexibility for hours and WFH days. We have 2 days from home but they are set days and lunch is a set time start and finish time is the same!

      Lovely colleagues. Nice modern office. Great employee ensentives. Treat staff well. Family feel to company. Great management.

      Cons

      Not enough parking to say its not in a city center. Dont' pay enough.
