      * Transparent and direct culture * Incredible potential - inventing a new product category * World class experts (who are still fun to collaborate with) * Very interesting technology

      * Growing pains of a small startup around process * Fully remote, global company - which makes onboarding for not experienced engineers quite challenging

      Pros

      The company tries to solve a real problem - securing software supply chains is becoming increasingly important. It's an early-day startup, so things move fast. You can start feeling the impact almost right away. But at the same time, the teammates are cool, and there is not much stress. Love it so far!

      Cons

      The team is fully remote and extremely diverse (which is great), but dealing with time zones is challenging.
