Pros
*Entry-level job in medical sales *Company car that can be for personal use *Latest home sleep study devices
Cons
*no 401k *no long or short term disability *benefits don't start until 90 days *no sick days *no vacation days *low pay relative to market *no commission for Home Sleep Studies *was told I'd get a raise at 30 days to avoid paying recruiter more money. Then it turned to 60 days. Never happened *CEO micromanages sales staff and managers. Tracking device installed on all vehicles *no sales support from management *sales people drive a Chevy Spark with manual windows, manual locks and manual side mirrors *the office is unorganized and unprepared for increased production. Running out of devices, inability to schedule (greatly effecting sales commissions) *the office is extremely toxic with several employees actively looking for new employment *constantly running out of marketing material and the CEO complains about the cost when you ask for more *no defined onboarding process (their newest employee has worked for over 30 days and is still missing their laptop, iPad, uniform, and company credit card at the time of writing) *their sales process is filled with unnecessary driving because they require the sleep study results to be hand-delivered instead of delivered electronically. Expect around 4000 miles a month of driving without cruise control *Constantly switches tracking systems, tracks all orders through Google Sheets, terrible CRM
