Company goals are getting executed and achieved in short time Lots of opportunities to learn and have to adopt the fast change

Cons

Quite heavy workload and Management is always having unrealistic planning, e.g. lots of goals to be completed in 2 week sprints Package wise, only treat the top senior employees better and other employees only receiving low salary increament and shares
