Pros

Lawyers are generally friendly, willing to teach and give reasonable instructions Usually getting off on time

Cons

Office management is terrible - micromanaging and obsession of hierarchy Secretaries are constantly being changed to different lawyers randomly Lots of redundant administrative work that requires a lot of physical copies

Pros

Magic circle firm in UK, top brand

Cons

Micro-management; no policies, no system, no guidelines. Close-minded, not willing to accept new ideas/processes. Too manual, back to the old age. Waste time on doing repetitive tasks/reports.
