      Pros

      The work life balance is great, the pay is the best in the industry, and the people at the company are some of the best I've worked with.

      Cons

      Going through a period of growth. Figuring out and forming an identity as the company grows larger. I think the sky is the limit, once the identity of the company is more set in stone.
