Great Business exposure. You can directly in touch with management such as COO, CFO and managers. Learn New working modules of all the departments. Friendly Co workers and seniors.

High pressure and Work load. Less work-life balance. Less work to reward ratio in the industry. No timely appraisal and incentives. Have to work on Weekends. Multiple managers to listen and internal politics inbetween departments affects the work mode of executives. Work allocation imbalance between employees.
