Pros

Flexibility is a plus, although recent return to the office mandate has reduced this, now there are mandatory days in the office for most employees.

Cons

The company has significantly reduced HC over the last 3 years. A significant number of great employees or leaders were let go. Most were replaced by new management who are nowhere close to the level of those they were replacing. There is an unfortunate separation between department leaders and employees in same department. A strict hierarchy means, it is very difficult for EEs to ever speak with upper management or department leads. This also adds layers of directors who do very little other than delegate and present the work as their own, they also warp narratives and feedback from employees to save face with department leads. We have a high number of unhappy employees leaving our department, and we have had no one from HR or management asking why.

Pros

I joined because I believed in the vision and direction of the company. I love the Sitecore knows exactly who it serves and what it does really well. Not every company knows that. This leadership team has a strategy, and they're all about execution. I think Sitecore's rise in the market is a great reflection of that, and I can't wait for what's in store. Yes, we work hard, but the people are great, and everyone is bought in. It's a great place to work and I'm excited to go to work every day.

Cons

TBH, not really anything. It's a great place to work.

Pros

The culture at Sitecore is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy working here. People are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. Every win, whether it's a major milestone or a small accomplishment, is recognized and celebrated, which makes the work feel meaningful and keeps everyone motivated. Leadership is another standout. Managers and senior leaders are approachable, willing to help, and always make time to answer questions or provide guidance. It never feels like you're on your own, and there's a real focus on helping employees grow and be successful. Overall, it's a positive environment where people care about each other, teamwork is valued, and your contributions are appreciated.

Cons

As a growing global company, priorities can shift from time to time, so being adaptable is important. The upside is that there are always new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
