Pros
Flexibility is a plus, although recent return to the office mandate has reduced this, now there are mandatory days in the office for most employees.
Cons
The company has substantially reduced headcount over the last 3 years. A significant number of great employees or leaders were let go. Most were replaced by new management who are notably below the level of those they were replacing. There is an unfortunate separation between department leaders and employees in departments. A strict hierarchy means, it is very difficult for EEs to ever speak with upper leadership or department leads. This also adds layers of sub par directors who do very little other than delegate work, they also warp narratives and feedback from employees to save face with department leads, real recognition and progression opportunities are virtually non-existent. A high number of discontented employees are leaving due to issues with management, and we have not had anyone from HR or leadership asking why. There is an obvious push of manufactured 5 star reviews from Marketing and some other employees whom have been actually asked to post good reviews, rather than leadership trying to address what has caused the huge number of poor reviews.
