Cons
Management was too busy with merging with other companies and forgot their employees. We counted only as numbers to the management. They didn't care if we have families or not. I worked there for about 2 years and then get fired all of a sudden because of the merging. I received a medium compensation and the management never cared to reestablish me to another company of the group or even to a customer. They even failed (intentionally perhaps?) to inform all of those who fired that we could receive the 70% of our salary and not only the unemployment benefit. I found a job after 6 months in unemployment. Not in a big group but in a very small company that I am still working. But definitely this company ruined my business career.
