Pros
Great company to work for. Good benefits and as a consultancy the management goes all out to make sure you get the best rate possible.
Cons
There are no cons to working here. Except maybe that generally most positions are home based telecommute positions and while that sounds great, it does get stale eventually. You have to learn to tolerate the isolation and be socially active outside of work hours to compensate for the lack of human interaction while working.
