      what we do for the planet is inspiring to keep it up in our home life also, becoming conscience of our electronic waste the Safe philosophy is very forward thinking and is successful

      Top Management makes quick decision without thinking of how to make a business decision happen successfully Favoritism runs amok, placing people in positions they are not qualified for

      Pros

      Besides a steady pay check plus benefits and option for a lot of overtime which sometimes becomes a negative since it's made "mandatory" there's aren't much pros.

      Cons

      Site management needs to really step up their game or step aside, their lack of experience shows everyday in the decisions they make. They do a poor job everyday from the people they hire to the work they plan. We never have the right parts or tools and the managers never have a real answer, they just want to tell stories of what they did at a previous job, STOP LIVING IN THE PAST. The company preaches about safety but managers ignore a incident when their favorite employees break rules.
