There are opportunities to wear many hats at smaller companies and this is definitely the case with Simplistics. This creates a dynamic work environment and great conditions for learning. Clientele is growing on a steady basis. The company has very talented developers and there is a lot of care to foster a positive and fun work environment.

Cons

We look forward to moving into a newer office within about a year.

Free lunch once a week with the whole team. Flexible schedule. Everybody is helpful and friendly. Various types of projects It's the kind of place you're happy to wake up every morning to work there Foosball table, video games, chess... Great time during breaks

Cons

No downsides except maybe the lack of good foosball challengers...

They have a great team, very friendly and fun people to work with. Workload: Reasonable deadline for projects, OT is very rare Some projects are challenging, but fun to work at Management: Lots of transparency Both founders actively engage with all the employees, acknowledge your contribution, respect your work and they are open to suggestions. Company Culture Casual attire. Everyone is incredibly friendly Free lunch once a week Foosball table is one of the most important assets Lunch time games

Cons

There really isn't anything negative for me except parking. It's a great place to work.
