Management is very poor. It starts at the top as there is no oversight over direct reports. People are treated poorly at lower levels and given very little support. It's hard to be motivated in an environment that provides no direction , praise or rewards for doing a good job. Management blames others for their ineptness.

Management is abusive and uncaring. Employees are belittled in meetings with other employees. Feedback is always negative. You are expected to give your all but receive nothing in return. Extremely toxic organization.
