Employee use abusing Lang I don’t know why people join SIMPA... Upper mgmt take 20% appresal while employee take 3% appresal .. what a joke man

I worked there approx 3 year and I felt that management was very bad. Now I have heard that They hired a IT head... what a joke and IT Head does not know about IT. Can anyone ask to him what is IT? I think he don’t know the full form of IT. Management is very poor. No policy nothing. It’s a time pass company. You can join for Time pass. VPs take good salary but don’t have plan for company. I would like to suggest to anyone don’t join SIMPA. It’s a sinking ship. Not a single person have etiquette how to talk with employee. Rubbish company..
