      Pros

      Work/Life balance is a priority here and they have a lot of flexibility. Lots of opportunities to move up if you work hard.

      Cons

      Projects tend to get bottlenecked for long periods of time which can be very frustrating if you're working on it, or waiting to take the project in it's next phase.
