Pros
Colleagues that is not the same department are friendly and nice pantry.
Cons
Poor management and too much of toxic politics and need to be a "YES" man to everything. In addition, the senior engineer are not friendly and not willing to teach the job scope well especially if you are new. HR not professional and take side and bias on old staffs. Low salary and no OT as well as bonus allowances.
