      Old school mgmt style. Support given is laying blame and punishment. Staff morale is the lowest priority.

      Good training and learning ground to work on varied tasks and projects Resource are properly managed to ensure everyone is fully utilised Making sure staff are responsible, accountable and look into outstanding issues

      Cons

      No staff bonus Micromanagement, Top down approach. Staff voices are not heard/considered. Overwork and treat employees disrespectfully with intimidation and fear. Constant long hours, work overloading and tight/last min deadlines. Definitely no work life balance and expected to respond or work round the clock.

      Pros

      Not just a programmer, i test their software i support d software at differ site, mostly do all of the work from planning to test and maintainence.

      Cons

      There is no deeply learning concept because u dont have time to learn it. U will just busy finish the same task.
