      Carestaff cares about residents, but pay is low

      Carestaff was ok. They did care about the residents

      Cons

      Company does not want to pay for quality employees compared to the amount of work expected to be completed. Low salaries. Do not pay market value according to education and experience. High manager and staff turnover

      Pros

      I’ve found my career home. Both personally and professionally fulfilling by respecting and allowing management to assist with the idea formation and creation of this company. Culturally driven and actually walk the talk. Mission statement and core values are not just on the walls… they are shown down the halls.

      Cons

      Growing company will always have growing pains. Looking forward to the growth though.
