Low pay, need more holidays

Worst management I've ever experienced in my entire career in the medical field( or any other field) The manager is incredibly unprofessional, frequently talking about how stressful her job is and how she uses alcohol to cope with it. She likes to get everyone against each other constantly trying to get you to speak badly of your coworkers and the providers, From what I hear it has always been that way which is unfortunate that the company is allowing this. When a manager is allowed to continue running the clinic in that manner it is impossible to succeed or advance. If she doesn't like you or if you don't provide her gossip on your coworkers she will make your daily life hell. The work load they put on you is extreme without proper training for the job, a true set up for failure. Pto time is used for sick days and Dr appointments, no paid sick days so if you have kids that get sick or get Covid there goes your vaccination time for the year.
