      Pros

      Great commission structure and benefits package. Diverse and open client base without the red tape surrounding many agencies. Autonomy and agility/flexibility around working, this in particular has been great for me and a really big sell. It's not a blame culture and the whole team/environment is really set up/ want you to succeed. Being attached now to a wider group has opened up alot of opportunity and structure to progression which is great. The legacy of previous posts has definitely changed/ moved on. Would recommend to a friend :)

      Cons

      Being a smaller business does sometimes mean that certain process's/ clarity around direction can be open to change. Which dependant on who you are could be perceived as a pro or con.

      Pros

      Small offices, great team that you work alongside. Some good clients too. Some good processes involved. Good bonus scheme for entry level roles

      Cons

      They over promise and under deliver on everything. I was attracted to the role as I was told there would be no Business Development involved but within 2 days I was tasked with Business development. The directors have unrealistic expectations of their team for their working hours. Its often mentioned ' in your own time'. There is a lot of unnecessary admin where you often duplicate work. The business don't take feedback on board despite a number of the team sharing the same feedback/issues/constructive criticism.

      Unprofessional Very high staff turnover

      Pros

      Cant seem to grow their business which I think is down to extremely poor management resulting in a higher than average staff turnover. Not progressive, very old fashioned approach. Position themselves in an executive recruitment market but are very “high street” and lack a certain finesse

      Cons

      Much better forward thinking agencies out there. Not very dynamic with low billing expectations, if you are an ambitious recruiter this is not the place for you. If you are looking for 9-5 reactive role with not much else then it’s perfect
