Pros
- Great people - Cool company culture - Descent salary if you have some previous experience, if there is a shortage in your field or they need you more than you need them
Cons
- Higher management is never accountable when doing bad moves, but will always be for good ones when it's congratulations time. - The hard work is done by juniors paid under the industry average and doing overtime all year long. - Regularly doing massive firing to show nice numbers to finance every quarter and immediately re-open those positions for hire because, you know, they actually need those people. - No WFH or remote work policy unless you are dying or there is a worldwide pandemic. - No unpaid vacation policy if you need more than those generous 10 days per year
