- Team environment is great. Colleagues are friendly to work with. - Collaboration is good in team; when one got a problem, others have no hesitation to help.
Cons
Security is a bit hard for software engineer; since it is related to bank, security teams would be really strict on application or IDE installation (especially brew, docker)
