Poor Bosses who 1. DOES NOT care about their workers AT ALL- compensation, welfare, work place safety, physical health, career growth... I can still easily list out examples based on the above aspects 2. Did not give out enough training, instructions & product knowledge on the specialized fabric & technics industry, basically they just expect their employees to act like robot, send out as much quotations as possible everyday without demonstrating good CRM skills 3. Exploiting workers severely physically and mentally - expecting workers to work overtime & long hours without reasonable compensation ; do not give respect and show appreciation for workers
