Pros

Humane middle management (2 guys who are very seniors in the company) supporting the employees and fostering the right talent Good work life balance if you fall in the right project (3 weeks work from home and 1 week in office based on office space allowance) Decent Pay (as long as client budget allows it, if not, you are laid off any day without notice) If you are in good graces of the Ops head, you can chill and take salary without working as well

Cons

Dry promotion (no salary hike; arbitrary changes in designation to avoid employee dissatisfaction) Retention bonus (they take 10% of your pay each month and give it once every 6 months but not if you resign within 6 months) No notice or severance pay if you are laid off (they stress on serving 2 months notice if you resign) Relieving letters are not given on time and not given on email; only physical copies (if you move to a different city or country, good luck getting that) Ops head forces pregnant women to come to office even though work from home can be done Client approved work from home is also not given if Ops head does not approve Single person management with no alternative, Ops head runs team like some religious dictator Heads of Ops, HR and facilities are in cahoots and give incorrect good feedback to CEO on each other CEO has limited visibility of what happens in the company being offshore in US Toxic work culture with some teams working more than 8 hours a day with hard to obtain leaves Hike and promotion are based on Ops head, even if client approves them Mosquitos on the floor Stinking washrooms (unless clients are in office, then they are cleaned 10 times a day, otherwise cleaned once or twice)

Pros

Shore Group is a wonderful company with a good work life balance and a nice work culture. I joined this company seven months ago and I love the space for the Team Leaders to share and implement their suggestions for further enhancement of the process with great support from the Leadership Group (Work Satisfaction). Decent perks, rewards and recognition, along with Hybrid work model and Employee insurance. Team Gatherings (Parties), as well as weekly fun activities with snacks and refreshments organized by HR Team at an organization level which helped me to interact with other teams as well and know more about other verticals of the business that enhanced my confidence and Happiness on my journey in Shore......Long way to go.........👍

Shore is a great company to associate with. No Cons.

Pros

• Shore Group Associates provides excellent work-life balance supported by a well-structured hybrid work model • Smooth and employee-friendly leave management • Genuine encouragement for internal growth with career progression opportunities • Senior leadership, including VPs and the COO are approachable, creating accessibility, transparency and a supportive work culture. • A great place to work closely with skilled and experienced managers, senior managers enabling continuous learning • Good job security compared to industry standards • High-performing employees are recognised through promotions and year-end bonuses.

Cons

Workload can increase during peak business periods like any grown organization. But it is generally well managed and balanced with changes in priorities.
