Pros

colleagues always happy to help you when you need; colleagues often give you challenging task: this was very important for my growth and for improving my skills

Cons

the company is not meritocratic: after the acquisition of Tiendeo, the company made a series of layoffs with the only goal of saving money, without taking into account people's skills, without listening to feedback from managers and without sharing their plan with employees; the Chief HR does not support employees and he is the last person to turn to in case of problems: he is an unpredictable person in the company who does not care about the welfare of employees. He only protects the C-line and his friends; I never saw my CTO except in boring meetings that looked like product meetings... He should be more concrete: talk less, do more!

An unscrupulous company for employees

Pros

1)I often do interesting things at work 2)Flexible work 3)Agile work

Cons

1) The CTO used a corporate Slack channel to belittle the reviews on glassdoor, claiming they are fake. This is not the attitude of a leader, who is self-critical and tries to get into the merits of the content. He should be more humble and ask himself why his colleagues think he is incompetent. Maybe it is more comfortable to think they are fake, but the truth is that they are true and I can confirm that. And he should also ask himself why people are afraid to give feedback publicly. And maybe instead of playing devil's advocate on Slack he could do some real work and go back to his studies: maybe he might be able to solve some of the team's problems instead of messing up as usual. 2) The company is forcing us to use up our remaining vacation time. Of course, this is not because the company wants rested and happy employees, but only to make the layoffs that will take place after the summer less costly. Regardless of the lies that are being told in the company, all employees know that the integration projects are to allow for job cuts. The same people who risk barnout because of these projects could be kicked out.

Pros

I get along very well with my team, and I think we have often achieved extraordinary results in these years

Cons

- no meritocracy and fake evaluation processes: the company put the savings ahead of talent and skills - low salaries - toxic work environment, due to an arrogant C-Line - benefits removed: no more trips, company events, etc (but only if you are an employee and not a C-Line manager) - ridicolous welfere that depends on the role in company: 2000+euro to the C-Line (with a 100k salary) and only the crumbs for the underdogs (with a 30k salary). Another major corporate success
