      Extremely talented, smart, and ambitious team, you’re constantly learning from people around you Non political environment where transparency is highly valued Very supportive and human culture, people genuinely care about each other and celebrate wins Strong recognition for good work, your contributions don’t go unnoticed Good respect for work-life balance in my experience, especially for an agency environment Leadership is proactive about supporting the team and providing resources when things get intense Fast-paced environment that keeps things exciting and allows you to grow quickly
