      Poorly run company with insulting benefits and pay

      Pros

      This place taught me how to genuinely dislike people that you work with/for but put on a decent face to keep a meager paycheck coming in while I searched for other work.

      Cons

      Was lied to, genuinely manipulated and stolen from every paycheck. Owners and upper management gaslight, deny and conveniently forget to pay you correctly.

      Lack of communication, lack of time off to rest and recoup, no safety culture, rundown and outdated equipment, no training, not environmentally aware
