      Problem oriented team, good work life balance, laptop of your choice (mac, linux, windows)

      Cons

      Ineffective meetings, log working ours, micromanagement hell, no such thing tech depth, team buildings at your own expense, unreliable infrastructure, estimation in hours, duck-taped and unreliable products.
