Pros

$10 an hour. Minus hospitality tax.

Cons

Shady work practices. They have made workers poop their pants, haven't allowed people to get breaks or meal periods. This place has terminated workers for being close to a due date for a baby being born. They have threatened employees with threats of physical violence. Company has let go workers who have brought up safety/health issues. This hotel has even written up employees for having medical emergencies and missing work. Elevator is frequently out, forcing disabled people to take the stairs. Some workers have had to buy their own first aid supplies, as management won't buy basic first aid supplies. Some employees have been sick, to the point of vomiting and diarrhea, and they have been forced to stay at work. Constant treat of write up or "grave consequences." Being part-time but on call 24/7. No benefits. If something happens on your day off, and your literally weren't there and had nothing to do with what happened - you may be yelled at for it and threatened with "grave consequences." This place frequently gives a bad reference to works who leave the company.
