      the people I worked with were good

      Company went through a complete overhaul, changing its name, getting rid of all upper management. Many of us technical people either left or were laid off

      Remote work Salary was decent Surprisingly diverse staff for an agency

      I came here to validate the previous lackluster reviews. It was incredibly accurate especially the weekend work being celebrated. There were many days I was lucky I had time to use the bathroom in between 6-7 hours of calls. I’m amazed I didn’t get a UTI….but—what made me bolt was the first rumblings of landing an unethical, right-wing funded client.

      They require each digital marketer to have a salesforce certification, but you have to study for the cert outside of company hours Thought-policing masquerading as anti-toxicity culture Classic agency style of promising deep expertise to clients without any experience on a topic Very gossipy culture, untrustworthiness expected
