      Pros

      Worst company to work for hands down. Senior executive managers above my position were non college educated and assigned their position without merit.

      Cons

      Promises to adapt change and include new management staff while in the end allowing general management to hire friends and family instead of utilizing existing experienced staff for growth and stability.

      Shepard has a great benefits package including ESOP, great health insurance, time off, 401k

      Cons

      Middling pay, excessive hours, organizational issues, lack of transparency, stagnate job growth. They participate in 4DX which is a gimmicky program to get more work out of employees.

      Pros

      The ESOP is a huge win, assuming you make it there long enough to benefit from it. The benefits package is really good as well.

      Cons

      From experience, and in my opinion, this company is littered with nepotism. I do not believe this is fault of the President, but rather those that he has entrusted to guide the ship.
