Very Good Service Job

Pros

Better pay than most other service jobs Continuously raises wages to stay on Top 100 Places to Work list Has a strict but reasonable attendance policy that weeds out flaky employees Kitchen team structure is constantly improving Clean environment is always kept up (quality assurance visits once every four-six weeks) Discounted food off-the-clock Is constantly adapting to the market Will hire part-/full-time security at sites where it's necessary Lots of room of advancement Corporate cares about employees so much it's almost cheesy

Cons

Attendance system can be harsh on people with young children or a life that's prone to sudden schedule changes and emergencies

Pros

Their pay is the highest I've seen compared to may jobs. They also offer great benefits with medical/dental /vision, tuition reimbursement and 401K

Cons

If you don't kiss "Butt" then they will nit pick at everything you do. You will most likely get stuck working a shift you don't want. If you are a shift supervisor, plan to work harder that the assistants and store manager. Also upper management never does anything wrong.

Pros

- Quarterly bonuses based off of job level - 10% store discount up to $10 saved/mo. - Decent stepping stone to build career - New office building and daycare coming in late 2017 - Gym and wellness center in Claysburg - Culture that attracts friendly people - Relaxed dress code

Cons

- Apps & Dev employees regularly leave to earn over 50% more base salary in a nearby area - Career path entirely focused around years of experience - creates no incentive to go above and beyond - Time tracking in several places which is reviewed by management daily - Too much process for such a small IT dept. - Unmarketable titles - No telecommute - No sick days
