Pros
There is a lot of work, so no need to be concerned about the economy affecting employment. There are opportunities to work for different clients and learn about different markets. The office culture is very relaxed and flexible, understanding of personal time and needs as long as the required work hours and deadlines are met. Very good benefits

No real Cons. Remote work is available depending on experience.
